Fluoride

For the past more than 50 years, tens of thousands of water districts across the U.S. have added a substance to the drinking water they distribute to their customers. As a society we have collectively come to call this chemical substance “fluoride.” It was and is added to water for the purpose of preventing cavities. Now, after more than half a century of ingesting fluoride in our water, as well as ingesting it in toothpaste and in foods made with fluoridated water or with fluoride pesticide residues, we are seeing severe and far-reaching negative health effects caused by the fluoride. Around the world, scientists, health professionals, government agencies, and everyday citizens are joining a growing chorus calling for a stop to water fluoridation, due to its harmful effects on teeth, bones and joints, the thyroid, kidneys, and numerous other organ systems.
